Terms and Conditions

COVID UPDATE AND SICK DISCLOSURE: Students are not permitted in the training vehicle if they have been sick, or been exposed to a positive Covid patient, within the quarantine timeline of a minimum of 14 days. STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE TRAINING CAR IF THEY ARE SICK WITH ANY CONTAGIOUS CONDITION SUCH AS COLD, FLU, VIRAL/BACTERIAL SICKNESS.  IF A STUDENT ARRIVES TO A DRIVE SICK, THE DRIVE WILL BE CANCELLED, AND THE PARENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PICK THE STUDENT UP. SICK STUDENTS WILL BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR 14 DAYS. 

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued once your online payment has processed.  WE WILL ONLY ISSUE CREDITS AT THIS POINT FOR FUTURE TRAINING.

THIS IS A PASS/FAIL COURSE. STUDENTS BEGIN THE CLASS ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH. THE CLASS CLOSES THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH. STUDENTS THAT DID NOT COMPLETE THE COURSWORK BY CLASS CLOSURE ARE NOT GUARANTEED DRIVING SPOTS ON THE NEXT DRIVING CALENDAR, AND WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST BASED ON THEIR FINISH DATE OF THE COURSEWORK. 

NO CALL NO SHOWS ON TRAINING DRIVES WILL RESULT IN A $50.00 BILLED CHARGE DUE PRIOR TO PERMIT ISSUANCE. 

RECKLESS DRIVING/ROAD RAGE: Any student who demonstrates reckless driving and/or road rage disposition will be immediately dismissed from the program, with no credit in tuition. 

MEDICAL DISCLOSURE: All students are required to submit an honest medical disclosure. Any student who willfully omits pertinent information that may endanger others may be immediately dismissed from the program, with no credit in tuition, if such failure results in endangerment scenarios for other passengers and/or roadway users.
